Chief of operations, personal log.

I'm going to need to put in a request for more operations personnel.
The shortage of qualified officers to man the bridge position is starting to be a real issue with rotations.
Myself and the few others are having to work 124% as much as Star Fleet suggests.
I am aware however of the shortage of personnel in general in star fleet at the moment.
